Being a foreigner in a new country and starting a new job I suddenly realized that my verbal communication lags far behind my writing skills. English is not my native language, which makes my challenge of improving it harder. I wonder what strategies and lifehacks worked for you to make your speech more concise and eloquent? yes, i know that it’s all about practice. But which specific ways and kinds of practicing are most effective ones is not clear to me.
